I highly recommend EcoClean Systems. I have personally used them for some of my commercial properties, and they did an amazing job. From start to finish, they were professional, dependable, thorough, and very easy to work with. What stood out to me the most is that they did exactly what they said they were going to do, exactly when they said they were going to do it. That is not always easy to find these days. They showed up as promised, completed the work as promised, and delivered a level of cleaning that truly impressed me. EcoClean Systems does not just rush through a job. They are very detailed and thorough, and you can tell they take pride in their work. When they were finished, the property felt genuinely clean. Not just wiped down or touched up, but truly cleaned the right way. That kind of attention to detail makes a big difference, especially with commercial properties where cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism matter. I also appreciate that they use health conscious cleaning materials. That is important to me because I want my properties to be clean, but I also want the products being used to be safer and more thoughtful for the people who work in or visit those spaces. EcoClean Systems seems to really care about doing the job properly while also being mindful of the environment and the health of the people around them. Their pricing is also extremely fair. Honestly, I felt they were underpricing themselves for the quality of work they provided. I actually paid them more than they invoiced me because I did not feel like they charged enough for the job they did. I do not think I have ever done that before with another company, but EcoClean Systems earned it. If you are looking for a reliable commercial cleaning company, office cleaning service, property cleaning service, or health conscious cleaning company in the Myrtle Beach or Grand Strand area, I would absolutely recommend EcoClean Systems. I have worked with this company a couple of years.  The new owners are easy to deal with and Lillian runs a tight ship with the cleaning crew.  She keeps me informed if something is not right.  We appreciate that and her. They are Dependable, professional and they do a great job cleaning.    From waxing floors to bring back that shine to pest control, they do it all! We've used a few janitorial services over the years and Eco Clean Systems is the one we've stuck with. They're consistent, detail-oriented, and never cut corners. Scheduling has always been easy and the pricing is reasonable.
