Eco-Clean Systems provides residential and commercial cleaning services to customers in South Carolina and Florida. Service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are provided on our website or in your quote and are subject to change and availability.

2. Booking, Quotes, and Payments

  • Service can be requested through our website, by phone, or as otherwise arranged with us.
  • Quotes are based on the information you provide; final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was described.
  • Payment is due as stated at the time of booking or on your invoice.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, and service information.

3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

  • You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property to be cleaned at the scheduled time.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any notice period or fees) are as disclosed at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
  • If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please secure or inform us of any valuables, fragile items, pets, or hazards before service.
  • Let us know of any surfaces, materials, or areas requiring special care or that should not be cleaned.

5. Satisfaction and Liability

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within the timeframe stated in your quote or invoice so we can make it right.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eco-Clean Systems and its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Eco-Clean Systems LLC (the Program Name for these Terms).

  • Program description: Messages may include quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations, service reminders, arrival and schedule updates, customer service replies, and — where you have agreed — occasional promotions.

  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
